Everything you need to know about electronic invoicing

PEPPOL (Pan-European Public Procurement OnLine) is a standardised European network for exchanging electronic invoices. In Belgium, electronic invoicing via PEPPOL is gradually becoming mandatory, first for B2G transactions then B2B. Using PEPPOL ensures legal compliance and simplifies your business exchanges.
With Digiposapp, you can create sales invoices, credit notes, quotes and proformas. Invoices and credit notes can be sent via the PEPPOL network, while quotes and proformas are managed internally.
Digiposapp offers three plans: Basic at €17.80/month (20 received invoices, 5 sent), Pro at €31.50/month (40 received and sent), and Expert at €49.50/month (80 received and sent with support included). All prices exclude VAT.
Digiposapp allows you to receive your purchase invoices directly via the PEPPOL network or import them manually. You can then carry out pre-accounting encoding to facilitate your accountant's work and save time on administrative management.
Digiposapp will be compatible with BOB50 from March 2026, enabling automatic transfer of your invoicing data. Integration with other accounting software is planned for future development.
